A great car deserves a great warranty. We build Volkswagen models to perform for years. So we feel confident giving every new VW owner a basic new limited warranty for three years or 36,000 miles.*

Basic Limited Warranty*

3 years/36,000 miles (whichever occurs first) New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Wear and tear items¹ and adjustments excluded after initial 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever occurs first)

¹Wiper blades excluded after initial 6 months/6,000 miles (whichever occurs first)

Powertrain limited warranty* (All models except 2011 and newer Touaregs)

5 years/60,000 miles (whichever occurs first) Powertrain Limited Warranty.

Powertrain limited warranty* (2011 and newer Touaregs)

10 years/100,000 miles (whichever occurs first) Powertrain Limited Warranty.

Limited warranty against corrosion perforation*

12-year, unlimited distance limited warranty against corrosion perforation (except Routan).
